Description:
Starting LibreOffice with Windows 11 (Dell XPS-15, i7-7700HQ, 32GB RAM), there
appears just an empty window and automatically closes after some seconds.
Opening Calc or Writer directly, a small window with the LibreOffice Logo and a
progress bar apears for some senconds and then automatically closes. It's
possible to open LibreOffice or Calc in save mode.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice in Windows 11

besides in save mode, LibreOffice or it's components close automatically after
a few (3) seconds
Expected Results:
Windows closes
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
