Description:
While editing a chart's element that has text, such as chart title or axis
title, selecting a part of texts and cut it, the whole element is cut instead
of the selected text.
The editing element will disappear after the chart is updated when it is
unselected.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.select a chart, edit the chart title
2.select a part of text in the chart title
3.right click and click "Cut", or press ctrl+x
4.deselect the chart
Actual Results:
The whole chart title disappears and is cut into the clipboard
Expected Results:
Only the selected text is cut.
Reproducible: Always
