            Bug ID: 146760
Summary: FORMATTING - Frames on cells not displayed correctly -
line width of 0.75pt is same as 1.25pt
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.4.7.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
A customer of mine has run into an issue with the way that frames on cells in
Calc are displayed. She regularily works on an ODS-file which had certain cells
highlighted with a line width of 1.25pt set for the frame. Since about a week
ago, these frames have "disapeared" in the sense that lines with 1.25pt width
are now displayed exactly as lines with 0.75pt width (standard). If she selects
line width 1.5pt for the frames, she does see a difference in width again. It
seems that the behavior of Calc has chenged in this regard, without having
updated the software. Ideally I would like to know why this is the case and as
a practical workaround, I would like to ask for some advice on how to
programmatically (via script or configuration) alter all 1.25pt frames she
manually set in her file, to 1.5pt lines. There are a lot of them and altering
them manually would not be ideal, to say the least. Thank you!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open an existing ODS-file or create a new one.
2.Highlight several cells using the Mouse and Right-Click to open the
contextual menu.
3.Select the formatting menu item and select Border Type frame and line width
of 0.75pt.
4. Repeat the above steps for a set of different cells with line width 1.25pt
and 1.5pt respectively to illustrate the difference.

Actual Results:
Line width 0.75pt is displayed on screen exactly as line width 1.25pt. Line
width 1.5pt does make a difference though.

Expected Results:
Each selected line width should be represented differently on screen, as
before.

Reproducible: Always
