Enter two paragraphs (eg. Foo and Bar), make it a heading (eg. by selecting and
pressing ctrl+1), and try to Insert > Cross-reference: Headings. The selection
list remains empty so nothing can be picked up to insert. Applies to other
types too.
Works well with 7.2.4.1 but not with
