Description:
Open the document with 2 images. Go to Insert - Table of Contents - Table of
Figures.
After insertion try to edit that Index. The index is gone, just the title is
remaining. The same is happening with Index of Tables, BUT NOT with Table of
Contents (here I can edit the Index and is not disaperaing)
