Description:
"Ukrainian spelling dictionary, hyphenation, and thesaurus" can be updated in
Linux, but in LO for Windows it doesn't update.
The initial its' version after installation - 5.3.1
For now the new version - 5.5.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter in "Extension manager"
2. Try to update the Ukrainian spelling dictionary, hyphenation, and thesaurus.

Actual Results:
The search doesn't find any updates.
Expected Results:
There must be updates! :)
