Description:
Using the mouse to "draw" just the selection box in Draw is very laggy. No
combination of hardware acceleration on/off, OpenCL, Skia, etc seems to improve
it.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open new empty drawing. Create selection rectangle with mouse.
Actual Results:
The selection blue/dashed selection box updates very laggy when moving it with
the mouse button down.
Expected Results:
It should be super smooth and no lagging.
Reproducible: Always
