Description:
Using latest windows and LibreOffice (7.1.5.2). Click on doc and drag to select
a large section past the bottom. The doc bump/auto scrolls way too fast.

Scrolls way too fast
Expected Results:
Scrolls at a reasonable and useful speed, slow at first and progressively
faster as the drag increases in distance.
Reproducible: Always
