Disabling the shortcut is not sufficient in the case of Chapter Numbering
because you can still damage the document through the toolbar button and menu.
A safer approach would be to check if the current paragraph style is bound to
chapter numbering internal list style. If it is, some kind of warning should be
presented to user explaining why the change is rejected.
