Yes. By a severe lag, I mean that with normal typing it is basically unusable,
not that there is merely a hiccup every few seconds while holding down a key.
Added a screen shot of sidebar when there is no lag. With the Table navigation
view inactive, there is no noticeable lag whether in gen mode or not.
