The example file opened in Word and Writer
This still looks kinda bad on opening in:

The scaling shapes of the syringes are still badly rotated (blue: 90 degrees in
Writer instead of 180, grey: 90 degrees instead of 0), and the text is not
wrapped in the custom shape text bubbles at the bottom (bug 136258).
Also the big bubble loses the lncu.de hyperlink (bug 126426).
