Did you try moving the ContinuousEndnotes opt-in from
writerfilter/source/filter/WriterFilter.cxx to
writerfilter/source/dmapper/DomainMapper.cxx?
The first is the place for docx-only compat flags, the second is the place for
docx+rtf compat flags.
