Line width of a border is impossible to tell from GUI
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the orange area
3. Menu Table -> Properties -> Borders tab
4. Observe that certain borders are unchecked (there bug about that)
5. Go to the Width field and scroll up to 1 PT
6. Click one of the non-selected borders
7. You have created a table border with different line width's without able to
tell

No feedback
Expected Results:
Word 2003 has same limitation.. but maybe a mouse over tooltip showing the line
settings?
