Impress/Draw don't have PS/CS yet, see bug 40871. And since the text is
formatted directly I can follow the idea of cloning all attributes.
The user expectation is clearly to behave like known from Writer.
The Clone Formatting function has also issues with some attributes such as
highlighting, see bug 130252.
