I can see the behaviour as well.
Ticking several values in the autofilter menu results in the "Standard
Filter..." dialogue only showing the rule for the first value in the list that
is ticked.
For example:
1. clear the filter on column A ("Clear filter" in LO 7.2 and above)
2. deselect all values (untick "All")
3. tick values 3, 5, 7
4. click "Apply"
5. go to "Standard filter..." for the same column.
Result: only the rule "A = 3" is shown. Clicking "OK" results in a filter only
showing the value 3.
