Yes. Tried creating a small test document, same problem.
Have narrowed the problem down to picking the document from the Recent Files
dialogue that pops up on program open. Happens with .RTF files too. Doesn't
happen when selecting File, Open and selecting a file from the picker dialogue.
Does happen when selecting from File, Recent Documents.
In short, loading even very tiny files from Recent Documents is incredibly slow
on the Mac version.
