Missing File in LibreOffice 7.1.4, 7.1.5 & 7.2.0.jpg

(Sorry, do not know where to post this info, if its in the wrong place, I
apologize)
Just for your information:
(With reference to issue 141105, declared as double)
Checking the 7.1.4, 7.1.5 and 7.2.0 dev. (x64) versions.
After downloading those files, extracted each one as a portable program. On
starting they gave an error notice "Missing file vcruntime140_1.dll", please
see attached screenshot. Found such file in some other program I have, pasted
it into the program folder and it worked.
The resize columns in 'Calc' spreadsheet
in RTL position are fine.
The new menu is nice.
Just another thing, in 'Calc' spreadsheet version 7.2.0. the mouse poiner is
visible only on the toolbar and columns headings.
