Cannot reproduce the freeze in:
Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha1+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: e179de871b09cc2242e998fde8387cd666f1e9f6
CPU threads: 6; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-US
Calc: CL
However, if you cancel the error message (The value entered ...) the OK button
stays enabled and does not show the error message again until something in the
UI is changed. Maybe the error message should be shown again, if the user hits
the OK button?
