            Bug ID: 142347
Summary: add ability to change the background and font colours
of the new tabbed/ribbon view (LibreOffice writer)
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.1.1.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Using dark mode with the "Tabbed" user interface option not only results in
white text on a white background, but the clash between the white toolbar and
black pages and other elements is inbearable, and i think it would be very
useful to be able to change the exact colour values of both the font and
background to conmbat this.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable dark mode
2. Enable tabbed user interface

Actual Results:
white text on white background despite dark theme enabled

Expected Results:
Should have either detected dark mode and made the ribbon background dark, or
more preferably offer a section in settings to manually control the font and
background colour of the ribbon, tabs and 3 lined menu button to the right.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes
