Ctrl+Up goes to the beginning not of the current paragraph but of the previous
one.
Actual Results:
Just move the cursor in the middle of a paragraph and strike Ctrl+Up.
Expected Results:
to go to the beginning of THIS paragraph.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
