Description:
When we export the file as pdf, all the outline levels are exported by default.
We can only decide how many levels would appear expanded in the initial view,
but cannot decide to limit the bookmark tree to the top x levels only.
If the book has deep hierarchy, and if the titles are long, the resultant
bookmark tree becomes unwieldy.
It is better to trim the tree to top 3-4 levels.
Secondly, the width of the panel is kept small (about 3"). Within this width,
it is impossible to show the trees with deep hierarchies.
Thirdly, the readers never use the bookmarks trees to locate a heading that is
at a low (for example, 4th outline level).
Therefore, all things considered, we should have a control that allows us to
export the top x level outline. (This is similar to how we can decide how many
outline levels to include in a TOC.)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take any odt file with a deep outline hierarchy (say 7 levels)
2. Export it as pdf.
3. In the dialog box, look for control that allows us to export only top x
levels of outline as bookmarks.
Actual Results:
The "Pdf export" dialog box does not have any control that allows us to select
how many outline levels will be exported to bookmark tree.
Expected Results:
Such a control should exist.
