Description:
I would like to see a function that allows cells in Calc to only be calculated
when the value or contents of another cell or range of cells is changed. For
instance:
OnChange(A1,Now()) would only execute the Now() function when the value in A1
changes. Other changes in the sheet would not prompt a recalculation of the
Now() function. Similarly, OnChange(A:A,Sum(B3:B5)) would recalculate the sum
of cells B3 to B5 only when any value in column A is changed.
Actual Results:
Currently there is no formula that is only calculated when the value or content
of another cell or range of cells is changed.
Expected Results:
OnChange(A1,Now()) will display the time and date that the value of cell A1 was
changed, but will not update when the sheet is opened or when cell B1 is
updated.

One primary use case is for tracking changes and updates to worksheets, but
other uses can be found.
