Description:
I followed my usual method of downloading .deb files for libre Office 26.2.0
and unzipped all the files to the folder LBOFF/DEB. A total of x45 deb files,
ran the installation commands from a terminal and the files looked like they
installed cleanly. But after installation was complete Libre Office would NOT
load. I checked the folder & file permissions but they were correct and
changing them made no difference. Still failed to load. NOTE: Office 25.8.4
worked 100% perfectly. Don't know what the problem is here.
Actual Results:
Downloaded the Office files as .zip, unzipped to folder LBOFF/DEB, using
terminal can installation commands (sudo dpkg -i *.deb). This worked & it
looked like it was successfully installing all x45 files. Process completed
with no errors. Once completed Libre Office 26.2.0 just wont load at the
desktop. Tried x3 same each time wont load.
Expected Results:
Fails to load 26.2.0
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Looks like a normal clean installation process. No error messages. Dont know
what I'm missing here?
