Material for flip tests

Open attached document. Flip the arc. You can do this
(A) using the toolbar icons for .uno:FlipHorizonal and .uno:FlipVertical
(B) using the "Flip" tool from the "Transformations" sub-toolbar.
(C) dragging the middle handler of the selected arc to the opposite side. (Make
sure point edit mode is off.)

In each case, the arrow heads are not as you would expect by mirroring but
exchanged.

You can see the expected behavior, if you first convert the arc to a
Bézier-curve and then flip it.

This problem is very old, see
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=13408

According to Armins comments there, it cannot be solved easily.

It works with a Bézier-curve because a path can change its orientation. But for
a legacy arc, the arc is always drawn from start point to end point clockwise
(in regard to UI).

Although it is a "legacy" shape it is still relevant as this shape type is
contained in the set "Basic shapes".
