System Details: OS: Windows 11 LibreOffice: 25.8.2.2 (x86_64) Testing Performed: Created an 11" × 8.5" landscape document (matching the reporter’s format). Inserted a large portrait-oriented image. Image inserted at normal size. Attempted to drag the image to the right margin. The image can be positioned to within a few pixels of the right edge (I think it was 1 pixel from the edge to be exact). No 1-inch movement restriction encountered. Tested movement with different wrap modes and all modes allowed normal movement. Result: I cannot reproduce either the image-scaling issue or the movement-restriction issue on Windows in version 25.8.2.2.
