Description:
Hello

This seems to me one of the most basic and intuitive functions, but yet not
supported by any spreadsheet apps. Who didn't want to copy a column of
contiguous cells and paste into selected non-contiguous cells of another
column, expecting to fill the cells in the order? And why is this function not
there, not even in the paste special dialogue, i am curious what am i missing.

And this would also enable pasting into a filtered table, which is currently
not possible.

Thank you

Steps to Reproduce:
1.copy a column
2.select cells in another column; or select a column in a filtered table
3.paste to fill the selected cells

Actual Results:
error message

Expected Results:
the selected cells are filled with data from the copied column

Reproducible: Always
