Description:
The resolve control for comments in the sidebar is an unlabled checkmark.
Checkmarks should be labeled so their function is known. The control should
either be labeled or replaced by a toggle button with an icon (i.e. a button
that has a on/off state like the ones of making text bold/italic/underlined)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the sidebar (Ctrl+F5)
2. Open Comment sidebar
3. Create a comment
Actual Results:
Every comment has a unlabled checkbox that reveals the tooltip text "resolve"
Expected Results:
A labeled checkmark or a toggle button
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

I tested this on windows, it is likely to also affect other operating systems.
