This is related to bug 169524
The attachment file there has an empty paragraph between the first and third
lines with font size 14 pt, while the other paragraphs have 24 pt.
When the pptx export file is reopened, this paragraph is also seen with 24 pt
font, making the whole textbox text not fit in the box.
1. Open attachment 204073, observe the second paragraph has 14 pt font size
2. Open its pptx version attachment 204074 , observe the second paragraph has
24 pt font size

Seems like this looked the same since 3.3
Interestingly, if I open a similar PPTX file made in PP, the problem does not
occur, only with LO-made/saved example.
