In LibreOffice Calc version 25.2.6.2, headers and footers defined via Format >
Page Style > Header/Footer do not appear in Print Preview or in exported PDFs,
even though they are configured and visible in the Page Style dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new spreadsheet.
2. Go to Format > Page Style, enable Header and Footer, and enter test text.
3. Define a print range via Format > Print Ranges > Define.
4. Go to File > Print Preview or export to PDF.
Expected result: Header and footer content should appear in the preview and
PDF.
Actual result: Header and footer are missing, despite being configured.
Additional notes:
> This issue persists even after restarting LibreOffice in normal mode.
> In Safe Mode, entering new header/footer text causes it to appear, but
exiting Safe Mode reverts to the broken behavior.
> This behavior did not occur in earlier versions (prior to 25.x).
