            Bug ID: 169451
Summary: Remove little rectangles found in scroll bars
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.8.4.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: trivial
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
There are little rectangles in scroll bars.
One is at the top of the vertical scroll bar.
The other is on the right side of the horizontal scroll bar.
Suggesting to remove them.

Actual Results:
(I apologize if I am overlooking something)
There are little rectangles in scroll bars.
One is at the top of the vertical scroll bar.
The other is on the right side of the horizontal scroll bar.
I tried changing to other themes to see if they were generating these
rectangles but it appears that these are LibreOffice based.
They almost look like they are something to click on.
To me it just seems like they are not needed and just look a little out of
place.
For example the rectangle at the right of the horizontal scroll bar (bottom of
screen) is indicating that that is where the scroll bar will stop. Yet there
is not one a the bottom of the vertical scroll bar where it stops.
Writer does not contain these rectangles, maybe they are in Calc because of
grid layout to define edges?

Expected Results:
Suggesting to just remove these rectangles from the scroll bars.
Can just put a thin line at the top of the vertical scroll bar where it meets
the toolbars edge / continuing the same horizontal line as the top of the
column letters bar.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Alternative would be to maybe consider adding two more for consistency.
One at the left side of the horizontal scroll bar (bottom of screen)
and
One at the bottom of the vertical scroll bar.

Thank You
