Follow these steps: 1. Go to Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Appearance. 2. In the Icons section, select a different icon theme from the dropdown (e.g., "Breeze" or "Colibre"). 3. Click OK and see if the contrast on the toolbars is fixed. If the contrast is fixed, this indicates the bug is with the Manjaro system theme.
