When trying to start recent releases, installed via msi of Libreoffice,
including both 25.8.2 and 25.2.7, on launch the app fails with "unable to start
correctly 0xc00007b".
This only occurs on the aarch64 build, the amd64 build works fine. This is on a
Microsoft Surface Laptop 7th ed, running on a Snapdragon X1E80100.
