Description:
I assigned "Comment" to ctrl+c, another "Comment" to ctrl+v and "Comments" to
ctrl+x
Then ctrl+c expands comments, and neither ctrl+c, nor ctrl+v, nor ctrl+x
collapse it
What is all that mess for? Why not make a single shortcut for expanding and
collapsing, so all is done with just one shortcut?
