Description:
coincident after a software update the user interface changed from English to a
foreign language.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.restart computer

Actual Results:
after restarting the computer Writer still displayed the user interface in a
foreign language instead of English
Expected Results:
revert back to the original interface language English - no luck
Reproducible: Always
