Example file from Writer

When a Calc file is linked into a Writer file as OLE object and saved, Writer
upon the following opening it asks about updating the embedded file, which
works.
Another expectation would be that the Edit Links dialogs Update button can do
the same, but it is not usable for this goal.

1. Download both attached files next to each other
2. Open the odt file
3. Writer asks about updating embedded files, if the Options - Writer - General
- "Update Links on open" is set to the default On request setting. Answer No.
3. Go to Edit - External Links
4. In the dialog, press Update
-> Nothing happens, only the document is set to modified state.

I would expect that if the Options - Writer - General - "Update Links on open"
is set to On request and on opening the update is rejected, or the Never option
is used, then the Edit Links dialog still allows refreshing the embedded files.

Version: 26.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: ce72458a4492c93b4429e2173057e7afbdbbc51e
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.8; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

also seems to happen back to 3.3
