Shift+Ctrl+v -> unformatted text it doesn't paste anything, if I paste with
ctrl+v it will paste the text + the format
Steps to Reproduce:
1.copy some text with format ie. text + html from some website
2.use shift+ctrl+v
3.get nothing
Actual Results:
nothing (visible)
Expected Results:
text without formatting
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
