Description:
Right now comments are in a weird position as they work, but are sometimes
awkward and not intuitive to use. The suggestions as listed below are thought
to improve on problems I encountered through the years.
Steps to Reproduce:
None (feature request)
Actual Results:
Comments do not have those options and controls or are spread out into
different places.
Expected Results:
The improvements on comments are expected to improve the working with them and
making it more intuitive to use.
(Intuition is of course a bit an arbitrary way of thinking)
