File with tracked changes

In Word, the left margin change marker line can be used also to toggle between
showing/hiding changes.

In Writer, there could be

1. Open attached file in Word
2. On the left margin click on the vertical line indicating a change
-> It toggles visibility of changes, while it also changes color and position

* Currently Writer does not show the line with changes hidden, so it behaves
differently
* When the changes are visible, clicking on it does nothing. It could trigger
the .uno:AcceptTrackedChanges command to show the Manage Changes dialog, so
that it is easier to start working on reviewing even if the toolbar/sidebar is
unknown to the user.
