Writer keeps in drawing mode after drawing an object, Draw doesn't
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. View -> Toolbar -> Drawing toolbar
3. Click rectangle and draw a rectangle
4. Try to draw another rectangle - it does. Draw button acts as toggle button
5. Open draw
6. Click rectangle and draw a rectangle
7. Try to draw another rectangle - it does. Draw button acts as single action

Actual Results:
Difference between apps within same suite
Expected Results:
* Uniformity/harmony
* I like the Draw behaviour more. No objection to a shortcut key to change it
to a toggle button, if you want to draw multiple lines/shapes. I prefer however
to actively opt in for that instead of being default
