Interesting. For me, on both macOS Sonoma and Tahoe, pressing Command-? (which
translates to Command-Shift-/ on my Canadian QWERTY keyboard layout) displays
the Help menu in the menubar just like Safari does.

Maybe this bug only occurs with certain keyboard layouts?
