After a second read with a translator hat and seeking to catch the topic I
suggest
1)
"Use decimal number as a whole"
Should perhaps be
"Recognize decimal numbers"
and the tooltip
"Decimal numbers are recognized. Example:..."
2)
"Split in integer and fractions"
should perhaps be
"ignore decimal separator in numbers"
Note: long tooltips should go to extended tips.
Note2: Help page to update, once finalized.
