            Bug ID: 168763
Summary: Image improperly cropped upon changing anchor
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.8.1.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I am trying to add images to my document, and occasionally when changing the
anchor to "as character," it will crop the image to having margins it didn't
before, while cutting off other parts of it. Upon trying to fix the cropping,
the image resizes in ways I did not want or intend, either stretching it, or
making the unwanted margins bigger while not removing them. This does not
appear to happen with all image files, and continues to do this to the same one
even when I change the file type.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add image to document
2. Set anchor to "as character"
3. Resize image

Actual Results:
The image is inexplicably cropped and space-wasting margins are added upon
setting anchor. Any attempts to resize the image to crop out the margins only
either creates more, or stretches the image. This doesn't appear to affect all
image files for some reason, regardless of type.

Expected Results:
The image doesn't crop at all or have margins added upon setting anchor to "as
character," and resizing/cropping works normally.

Reproducible: Sometimes
