            Bug ID: 168701
Summary: LibreOffice popup windows on startup are problematic
                    on Posh devices
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.8.1.1 release
          Hardware: ARM
                OS: other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Adapting LibreOffice to Posh devices. On mobile devices, modals/windows often
appear where you can configure settings, initially set up a new LibreOffice
project, and receive new information.

This information is "of course" useful, but very problematic on mobile devices,
as navigation is usually outside the resolution/field of view. These windows
shouldn't appear at all if the screen size simply can't support it.

I'm aware that this affects many areas; personally, it would help me if the
windows didn't open when I start it on my Posh/smartphone, or at least if they
could be touchable controlled. If I encountered unadapted windows in further
submenus, the first one would be bearable. The point is that you want to
quickly edit a document on the go; the ease of use is sufficient for that.

So please don't discuss the pros and cons of using LibreOffice on Posh :) It's
surprisingly doable in rudimentary terms, if the startup windows didn't appear
when I started the application.

PS: What can also help is the possibility to move the window by double tapping

Actual Results:
Startup LibreOffice and get an popup windows with Informations

Expected Results:
On startup, the popup windows doesn't show on mobile devices with lower space
on display or popup windows are fit to screen, so we can use the navigation of
the window

Reproducible: Always
