Running Index Entry to Index (.uno:IndexMarkToIndex) on the test file, when the cursor is in an indexed item will now move the cursor to the top of the Index, placing the cursor at the Index Title (that is the slightly better behaviour), but does not move to the actual index entry that corresponds to the indexed item in the text (which is the expected behaviour).
