\pard inside frames
The attachment has two frames, the first one is expected to have a single
paragraph (and the second paragraph immediately after that must appear
outside), and the second frame must include two paragraphs. This is what Word
does.
In LibreOffice, both frames have one paragraph, and the following paragraphs
are shown outside the frames.
