--- Comment #126 from [email protected] --- (In reply to Buovjaga from comment #118) > Yesterday we got a comment on IRC: > > "I just wanted to say that the Qt6 Wayland scrolling but is fixed in Qt6 > git, the following commits can be cleanly cherry-piked onto 6.10.0 to fix > the issue 09575981885 # Introduce compression 6f25f703fd3 # Optimize > scrolling 9dd0d936d66 # Fix scroll end event" I confirm that applying those 3 commits on top of Qt 6.10.0 dramatically improves scrolling performances on Wayland (2160p, 150% fractional scaling). It's still not as buttery smooth as XCB on XWayland, but it makes LO completely usable now (while it simply wasn't before, due to seconds-long freeze when scrolling). For people on Arch, I've published a qt6-base package on AUR including those 3 patches: https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/qt6-base-scrollfix -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
