I confirm that applying those 3 commits on top of Qt 6.10.0 dramatically
improves scrolling performances on Wayland (2160p, 150% fractional scaling).

It's still not as buttery smooth as XCB on XWayland, but it makes LO completely
usable now (while it simply wasn't before, due to seconds-long freeze when
scrolling).

For people on Arch, I've published a qt6-base package on AUR including those 3
patches: https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/qt6-base-scrollfix
