Given a PivotTable, it should be possible to ask to 'render' it into a plain
regular table, without an external data source and without dynamic PT controls.
Such an action should have some relevant options, e.g. whether or not to keep
the subtotals. It should also convert the PT's associated charts to be regular
charts.
