When setting a page offset, the page number field disappears
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a page number to the header of the page
2. Double-click on it
3. Set the offset to a non-zero value
Actual Results:
The page number disappears
Expected Results:
The page number is offset by the given value
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

I wanted to extract a chapter of a big to a separate odt file, but maintain
page numbering from the original
