Description:
Installed 28.8.1.1 for Windows Aarch64
I am running Windows 11 on a Snapdragon processor. After installation, the
toolbar icons are missing on Calc & Writer. (Did not try the other Libre apps)
Safe mode works with Icons, but not the normal mode.
I had reinstalled LibreOffice, installed Galaxy & Colibre themes, reset profile
and still same issue.
Actual Results:
Open LibreOffice
Create Calc
Expected Results:
When Calc opens, no icons are displayed after the new sheet is opened.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes

Same issue with Writer
