Description:
Cell filled down/right (duplicated) next to merged cells are included in the
merged range, but not visually included in the active cell range.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Merge two or more stacked cells (i.e., A1:A2)
2. In the row below (i.e., A3), fill down (Ctrl+D, or menu Sheet - Fill Cells -
Fill ___)
Actual Results:
A1:A3 are merged, but only A1:A2 is selectable.
Name box do not include A3.
There is no way to active A3 by arrow keys or mouse pointer.
Expected Results:
A1:A3 (nor just A1:A2) are selectable and visually included in the active cell
range.

User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Background color is applied to the merged cells (not only to A1:A2).
